To use: Get your shower hot and steamy. Allow some water to hit the steamer and then place it on a ledge, soap dish or the shower floor out of direct water spray. Do not submerge. For best aromatherapy benefits, place the steamer as close to your head as possible. The steamer will start dissolving and you’ll start relaxing! Rinse thoroughly after each use. Do not use in bath.
